Opening an account
Email [email protected] with your organization's legal name, billing and shipping addresses, accounts payable contact, and the purchasing contacts who will place orders.
Net terms
Net terms are available after a credit application is reviewed and approved. Until terms are in place, orders run on credit card or ACH.
Tax exemption
Send your resale or exemption certificate with the account application. We apply it to the account so exempt orders are billed correctly from the first invoice.
Purchase orders
We accept purchase orders by email. Include the part numbers, quantities, unit pricing from the quote, the ship-to address, and any required documentation or marking instructions.
Government purchasing
Government purchase cards and government purchase orders are accepted. ADELOS, LLC is registered under UEI L2TRV8J4G1S1 and CAGE 24TU8.
